Returns
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Susanne Maddux. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return unused and non-sale merchandise with original tags attached up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping costs).

To make a return or exchange, please complete and return a duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at returns@susannemaddux.com to obtain a return authorization number. Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless original packing slip or authorization number is included with merchandise.
