I assisted TiVo with their business objective to establish a new hardware design language for their Smart TV initiatives.

Working with the TiVo leadership team, I created a hardware design strategy for business development: I designed and executed a comprehensive market research, design language, and brand strategy program for the smart TV brand TiVo. The resulting product and hardware design strategy included remote control, smart TV, and UX experience tailored for strategic brand partnerships.
